Confidentiality Agreement

Purpose

The purpose of this agreement is to establish the mutual understanding that all information exchanged during your HypnoCoaching sessions will be kept confidential by both parties.

Scope of Confidentiality

Client Information: All personal details, session notes, and discussions between you and Michael D. Milson - HypnoCoach, LLC during or related to your sessions are considered confidential. This information will not be shared with any third party unless required by law. Exceptions: Confidentiality does not extend to information that is publicly known, independently obtained, or legally required to be disclosed.

Client’s Responsibility

You agree to keep all materials and knowledge gained from sessions confidential and not to disclose them to any third party without prior written consent from Michael D. Milson - HypnoCoach, LLC.

Breach of Confidentiality

Any unauthorized disclosure of confidential information may result in discontinuation of services and potential legal action, depending on the severity of the breach.

Duration of Confidentiality

This confidentiality obligation remains in effect during and after the termination of our services, regardless of the reason for termination.
